No, you don’t need to register in advance. Upon your arrival at 12 Pennant Mews reception, you will be requested to provide your contact details.
It is extremely important that your mobile number and email address are up to date as I may need to contact you for a follow up or results.
Each consultation appointment is scheduled for 30 minutes.
Yes, the consultation fees are payable either by yourself or your medical insurance. Any investigation requested will be paid by you or your insurance directly to the provider.
Yes, I accept private medical insurance from all major insurance companies. However, you must contact your insurer prior to your consultation to obtain:
• An authorisation number, and/or
• A letter of guarantee
Please note that you are responsible for any fees not covered by your insurer. It's important to check with your insurance company beforehand to understand what portion of the consultation fee will be covered.

Yes, I am a native French speaker and am happy to hold consultations in the language of your choice (French or English).
No, you need to book an appointment prior to attending the clinic however same day appointments are easily obtained.

If you do not have a preference, I can refer you to the consultant most specialised for your issue based upon my extensive network of colleagues.

If you suspect you might have a life-threatening emergency, call 999 immediately.
For all other medical issues you can contact me by email or text message. Alternatively, out of my working hours, please contact NHS 111 for advice.
No, I am a private GP and have no access to your NHS records.
I am happy to liaise with your NHS GP but please keep in mind I cannot bypass them to refer you to a NHS specialist.
